Where have the birds gone?

When we were kids, we woke up every day to the sound of BIRDS!  Loud, continuous birdsongs provided the soundtrack to our summers whether we were playing ball with our friends, writing our summer book reports, or just standing around on the corner wondering what to do.  Many of us didn't even notice all of the bird noise because it was so normal.

Now when we wake up, we hear a bird.  Then we hear another bird.                   And if we're lucky, we hear another.

At Birds with Benefits, we believe that wild birds face too many environmental challenges, and that conservation begins with a safe habitat and a quality food source. In order to help conserve the wild birds that remain, we ought to think about what we are putting in our birdfeeders.

Good enough to eat!

Providing high-quality, organic, pesticide-free birdseed will support your neighborhood wild birds, and help ensure that our future generations will have the same summer-birdsong soundtrack that we did.
